Jiu-Jitsu:
Little Warriors (ages 5-7)
Junior Warriors (ages 8-12)
Teen Warriors (ages 13-16)

Jiu-Jitsu is a great martial art for self-defense.
Founded on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent. This is done by using technique, leverage, and taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat opponent.

MMA Fitness: Ages 10+
Combination of boxing/kickboxing on heavy bags along w/ mitt work.
