Advertising Rates

Submit a Text Ad

• Prices are per month.
• Text ads run in month-long increments. Ads are posted once text and payment are received.
• Text will stay on the website for the duration of the ad package.
• Text will be sent out in email newsletter once a month.

• Website Banners are located on the homepage of our website.
• Page Banners are located on the following pages of our website: Calendar, Academics & Enrichment, Classifieds
• Email Banners are sent out approximately once a week (for as many months as paid for) at the top of the email newsletter.
• Text Ad Graphics are a static image at the top of your text ad. Static only - no link.
• Banners/graphics are additional advertising options and may not be purchased separately.
• Banners/graphics can be created by advertiser or by HSB, Inc. for an additional $30 per design.
• Banners are linked to advertiser's website/etc. or text ad.
• Rotating images are subject to an additional $15 per month fee.
• All banners are 250 x 75 pixels (100KB max file size).

• Discounts will not be backdated or given after initial purchase.
• Invoice must be paid within 30 days of invoice date to receive discount.
• Ad must be paid before being posted.

• <5 month packages: If payment is late, a 10% fee will be added to your bill. 6-12 month packages: Discounts are based on the ad package being paid in full by the due date. If paid after the due date, discounts will be removed.

• HSB, Inc. reserves the right to deny/modify ads or remove information that does not fit our ad guidelines. (I.E. political content, posts deemed as direct competition to our organization, etc.) 

• Interested in advertising onsite? Please reach to the HSB, Inc. Media Coordinator with questions.

• Once an agreement is reached, the space is reserved for your ad and submitted for invoicing. There are no refunds on submitted ad packages.
